Our Company Co-Brokerage Policy
A- Cole Commercial Real Estate Advisors does not co-broker listing commissions with buyers, principals, or their affiliated real estate firm unless a separate and written agreement is negotiated prior to the completion of an offer to purchase contract.
B- Having a real estate license creates no automatic right to claim a portion of the listing broker's commission. You may do so with our consent in the form of a separate co-brokerage agreement written prior to the completion and acceptance of the offer to purchase agreement.
C- We are co-broker friendly with the upfront knowledge that we have an agreement in place and that both the listing agent and buyer agent will work diligently throughout the transaction.
