The owner, Michael Brown, has lived in the Charlotte region for over 50 years and has over 25 years of real estate experience in brokerage, development, and construction.

Our experience includes representing sellers and buyers with all types of land brokerage to developers and builders, along with many other types of properties, apartments, offices, industrial warehouses, NASCAR shops, 1031 exchanges, and investment sales.

Mike started his real estate career with Prudential Charlotte Commercial Real Estate and was a founding partner & vice president of Southeast Commercial Real Estate before starting his own firm, Cole Commercial Real Estate Advisors.

Mike’s commitment to reliability and integrity has proved to be invaluable for his clients. Our efforts have helped many clients to realize and many times exceed their financial goals with their real estate holdings.
